Could 9 received direct invitation to DreamHack Las Vegas

Virtus.Pro got the firs invitation.

On the official page of Dreamhack in Twitter, the name of the second team to get the invitation to DreamHack Las Vegas was announced. Cloud9 join the championship that is scheduled on February. Except for the North American team, Virtus.Pro also got invited to the tournament.

The organizers of the event will give 6 more teams, and other participants will be determined during the qualifiers. The first team to pass the qualifiers was TyLoo. They were the best during the Chinese qualifiers.

The event itself is scheduled on February 18-19 in the terms of DreamHack Las Vegas esports festival. The overall amount of participants is 16, 8 of them will get direct invites. The prize pool for the event is $450,000. MGM Grand Garden Arena (45,000 places) hosts the tournament.
