Dota 2 Player Count Surges: A Comeback in Popularity!

Steam Charts data shows that the average Dota 2 player count grew by nearly 11% in November 2024 compared to the previous month, once again surpassing the 450,000-player milestone.

Peak player count also saw a notable increase, rising from 706,000 to 797,000 players. It’s worth noting that the record peak of nearly 1.3 million players in Dota 2 was set in March 2016.
